Graft and Corruption in Cameron County

If you think Graft and Corruption exist in Cameron County who do you think are the most likely offenders? If you think there is, what is the solution?

Have our lawmen become outlaws ?

Have our two top law men ,Villalobos and Omar Lucio , become so brazen and desperate that they will violate city ordinances regarding political signs? According to city ordinances, no political signs are to be placed within the city limits until January 4, 2008. And yet, their signs are up now within the city limits of Brownsville.

If they violate these laws out in the open ,what other laws are they violating in private ? Only they can answer.

If we do not make changes now, Gilberto Hinojosa and Sucio Lucio together with Ernie and Solomon and Trevino will turn this city into a Banana Republic .

I implore the bankers , all the honest business community and long time citizens of this nice city to get rid of these carpet baggers. Can we go back to when only honest,educated, ethical persons ran this town ?

We all know that Brownsville is composed of mostly honest citizens but there are a few that have taken advantage by their nefarious acts and have come to ruin this nice city. If we do not do something NOW and get rid of these unethical people no one will want to come and live in our city and property values and businesses will decline and we will become an outlaw city. This is reality Ladies and Gentlemen.

The villains will say I'm a prophet of doom and gloom but history will show that I was the Paul Revere of Brownsville, Texas.

Dannenbaum Fails Again

Despite several requests over the last 2 months, Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation (Dannenbaum) has yet to produce even a "progress report" on engineering plans it was to have completed and delivered to the Brownsville Navigation District (BND) under the settlement agreement the parties signed in February 2007.

Dannenbaum has been sued by BND taxpayers for Dannenbaum's breach of the settlement agreement, including its failure to complete the engineering plans for the BND's proposed international bridge. The Plaintiffs motion for summary judgment against Dannenbaum is set for hearing December 18 in the 107th District Court of Cameron County.

The BND first asked Dannenbaum for a progress report on September 5, when Port Director/Chief Executive Officer Eduardo Campirano wrote James Dannenbaum, President & CEO of Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation asking that he provide the BND with a "progress report" that would "outline exactly what has been done to date and what remains to be done."

After a meeting with Dannenbaum principals in late October, BND officials expected to receive the progress report the week of November 5 and full plans by December 31, as reported in the October 29 Brownsville Herald article "BND wants progress report from Dannenbaum."

Port Director/Chief Executive Officer Eduardo Campirano however, confirmed via email November 27, that "no progress report has been submitted to date."

On November 27, Plaintiffs' attorney Peter Zavaletta filed that email as well as the deposition of BND Chief Financial Officer Debbie Duke as additional evidence in support of the plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment.

Midget Mayor and PUB

Is the Midget ready to wheel and deal at the pub ? He wants to get the commission which he would get if PUB wins the suit which is millions ,provided his lawyer friend is involved This is the reason for Mr. Midget's involvement in getting rid of the good guys on the PuB board . Will Al Villareal and Sanchez and Ahumada let him muscle his way so he can contribute heavily to Villalobos 's campaign . What a pity that Janet Leal ruled against the good guys Wonder if she knew this . Goza after falling for the midgets BS, already has tried to get Davidson and Troilo out of the way for that sawed off pendejo to collect all the money instead of all the money going to the PUB to lower rates. Davidson and Troilo have done a very good job in selecting the best litigator from Dallas and have given the PUB ,and the citizens of Brown town a very good chance of collecting many millions of dollars that would go to PUB and lower rates .

PUB and Follow the Lana

Now that our failed ex mayor Trevino has control of the pub majority will he impose his will on Al Villareal and get rid of Davidson and Troila and get the atty he supposedly had a dubious arrangement with to represent the PUB in the multi million dollar suit ? He {MM}, midget mayor not Maryln Monroe, was willing to fire Rodriguez ,Yosimite Sam, in exchange for Ahumada, Valadez and Sanchez support of his Atty from Dallas that would have allegedly made him millions . He now can get Goza and the commision to switch attys . What will Troiani and Longoria do about this ? Pat A can regain some semblence of control if he is dealt with "Pocket Rockets

St. Joe Mafia

Why is the so called St. Joe Mafia against Peter Zavaleta ? Why is C. Davis , Luigi , Dino, Trey Martinez, Rolando Olvera, against one of their own? Is it jealousy because they are wana be s and can not be as clean both spiritually and physically .Or is it because he is the best Quater back in the history of St Joe that took them to a State Championship ?? What is it about these young professionals All PMZ does is treat them with respect . Please some one out there comment. here? Is there a conspiracy theory ? Dannenbaum and Villalobos

How are Dannenbaum and Villalobos connected ? Should Villalobos not recused himself in the investigation of BND because Masso is on the BND board ? Remember Masso and Arrambula went to Houston and met with Dannenbaum . What was discussed ? Why did Oliveira recommend settlement ? Is he also part of the problem ?
